Curriculum and Themes

The IMP Certificate Program is shaped by a living curriculum that integrates theory, practice, reflection, and real-world application. Rather than following a fixed sequence of content, the curriculum evolves in response to the developmental needs of participants and the ministry contexts they serve.

Themes are organized by term to provide orientation, while allowing flexibility for inquiry, dialogue, and emergent learning.

Term 1: Foundations of Integral Ministry Practice

This term establishes shared language, developmental awareness, and foundational practices for Integral Ministry.

  • Reinventing Ministry — exploring the evolution of organizations through developmental stages

  • Obstacles to development and cultural evolution

  • Evolutionary Purpose as an organizing principle

  • Translational vs. transformational teachings and practices

  • Institutionalizing shadow work through the Quantum Living Process

  • Aware-apy — applying the Quantum Living Process in spiritual counseling

  • Quantum Living Process for groups and teams

  • SpiritGroups as vehicles for leadership development and purpose fulfillment

Term 2: Awakening the Beloved Community

This term focuses on culture, belonging, governance, and the relational heart of Integral Ministry Practice.

Term 3: Wake Up, Grow Up, Clean Up, Show Up.

The final term of the Certificate Program emphasizes integration, leadership embodiment, and the practical application of Integral Ministry Practice within participants’ real ministry contexts.

Attention is given to synthesis, discernment, and the sustained capacity to steward evolutionary change over time. Students will explore:
